One mile from Deer Valley Resort and 2 miles from downtown Park City in the quiet neighborhood of Solamere. This 5,000+ square foot property lives large across three levels.

The main level has a well appointed gourmet kitchen with a dramatic white quartzite bar, living room, and dining room - separated by a floor to ceiling stone fireplace.
There is also a separate den with another fireplace and LCD TV. The front of the house has Deer Valley resort view's from every window and a large wood deck for soaking in the sun after a long day of skiing.
The top level has three king bedrooms including a generous master suit with fireplace and private deck, and two spacious bedroom’s – each with en-suite bathroom and LCD TV.
There is also a ladder accessible loft with two twin beds. Finally, there is a separate front-loading washer/dryer in the upstairs hallway.
The lower level has two large bedrooms with en-suite bath in each. One room is furnished with two Queen beds and the other with two custom double bunk beds.
The bedrooms are separated by a large entertainment room with Projector and 120" Screen DVD, and surround sound. There is also another laundry room on this level.
The three-car garage has plenty of room for your vehicles and winter gear as well as a Ping Pong table. Large wooden deck in front and off and an Arctic Spa jetted hot tub and Weber Genesis gas BBQ on the back deck.
